How the WEF Talent Hub Works
The WEF Talent Hub connects learners, employers and experts around one shared goal: building the skills and talent needed for the Water–Energy–Food transition.
Why this model exists
Climate-relevant skills evolve faster than traditional curricula. The hub connects expertise, learning and application in one flexible system.
Experts turn knowledge into digital learning
Specialists contribute short-form content, practical cases, 3D learning inputs and a digital twin that can answer questions.
Learners build verified capability
Learners use courses, the LMS and 3D tools, complete assessments, and generate visible evidence of capability.
Employers access talent signals
Employers on a paid plan can view semi-anonymised learner development signals, credentials and location at time of course, then request introductions.
Global Green Leader pathway
Selected participants receive additional work-preparation skills not usually taught at university, plus internship experience with greentech.training, TANIT, or partner organisations.
The system keeps improving itself
Graduates, employers and experts feed practical needs back into the platform so future courses stay relevant.
