greentech.training works with NGOs, companies and sector organisations to design practical academies that prepare people for entry into regenerative and climate-related professions. Our focus is on translating real workforce needs into structured learning pathways that can support new entrants, career changers and existing staff across areas such as renewable energy, regenerative agriculture, biodiversity, water systems and green technology.
Training That Can Travel Across Borders
We aim to connect these programmes with emerging credentials such as the European Energy Certificate (EEC) and other recognised frameworks that can strengthen cross-border and multi-sector recognition. The objective is to make skills easier to understand and compare internationally, helping learners move between regions and industries while giving employers greater confidence in what a credential represents.
Built Around Real Expertise
Our academies can draw on greentech.training's international network of specialists, or be developed around an organisation's own in-house experts. We help capture that knowledge and convert it into onboarding and training material delivered through our learning management system, supported by interactive 3D tools and Digital Twins of both products and people where appropriate.
AI-Enabled Learning by Design
AI is integrated into the academy-development process rather than added as an afterthought. We use it to support knowledge capture, adaptive learning, assessment, expert replication and the creation of digital learning assistants that make specialist knowledge easier to access at scale.
