greentech.training develops practical training programmes, digital learning tools and workforce pathways for organisations working at the forefront of the green transition. Our work combines specialist expertise, interactive learning technology and international career mobility, with experience supporting organisations including Germany's Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, EIT InnoEnergy and the United Nations' International Organization for Migration.
From Solar Catalyst to the WEF Talent Hub
Our Solar Catalyst programme is an example of this approach in practice, translating technical solar PV expertise into structured training designed around real workforce needs. The WEF Talent Hub builds on this experience by creating a shared infrastructure for learners, employers and experts across the Water–Energy–Food Nexus, allowing knowledge, skills requirements and emerging talent to move more easily between those who teach, those who learn and the organisations that need those capabilities.
Turning Expertise into Scalable Learning
Through our broader Academy Design approach, organisations can work with greentech.training to turn specialist know-how into accessible, practical learning using short-form courses, interactive tools, 3D content and structured assessment. Our aim is to make green expertise easier to transfer and scale internationally, connecting technical innovation with practical Earthcare knowledge and the people and organisations putting it into practice.
